Do It Yourself or "D.I.Y." Real Estate is a new and innovative way to sell your own home. DIY Real Estate allows you to list your property on the MLS? for a nominal fee and offers you "a la carte" services to help you sell your home.

How does it work?

DIY Features
 

	MLS® Activation Get your Home listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®).
	Title Search Your first Job as a DIY customer will be to provide your Agent with a Property Survey of your home or, if it's a Condo, any Condo corporation documents that may be required for review.
	Room Measurements and Features As a DIY Real Estate customer, your second job will be to assist the Agent in identifying these features. Nobody knows your home better than you!
	Market Evaluation As the final step in the MLS Active package (our Basic Package) you will be given a Market Evaluation based on the real estate market in your neighbourhood.
	Open House Everyone's favourite selling tool is at your disposal. If you feel you need a little help showcasing your home, or you would just like the professional touch of a Real Estate Agent, then this feature is for you!
	Detailed MLS® Listing & Feature Sheets This Package is for those who want to give their Listing the professional touch!
	Agent* Representation at Offer Presentations with follow-up This could be the most valuable feature of all! One of the main reasons people are uncomfortable selling their homes the DIY way is they believe they'll have trouble negotiating on their own behalf when faced with an Offer presentation from another Agent or most importantly if they receive a Private Offer with no Buyer Agent* representation.
